KINGDOM IMPRINT DESIGNS & SERVICES 

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Non-Membership Clients

All non–K.I.D.S. clients are required to submit a $50 non-refundable deposit and a 50% retainer fee before services begin. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final balances must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Flyers start at $75 and up, including two edits within 24 hours of delivery. Additional edits are $25 per edit. Rush requests incur a $25 fee and are subject to availability.


K.I.D.S Membership
Membership requires a $100 non-refundable retainer plus a monthly subscription.

  • $150/month: 3 flyers

  • $225/month (Platinum): 5 flyers

Unused flyers do not roll over. Two edits are included per flyer. Additional edits are $25.

Payments & Late Fees
A valid card must remain on file. Late payments accrue a $50 weekly fee, and declined payments incur a $35 insufficient funds fee. Breach of agreement may result in termination of services.



OTHER SERVICES POLICY 

PAYMENT & RETAINER POLICY

All clients are required to submit a non-refundable $50 deposit along with a 50% retainer fee for any services rendered by Kingdom Imprint Designs and Services. These payments secure your project, reserve design time, and confirm your commitment to move forward with services.

Both the deposit and retainer are due upfront and must be received in full before any work begins. All payments made to Kingdom Imprint Designs and Services are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of project delays, cancellations, or changes initiated by the client.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the release, delivery, or completion of any final design files or services. Failure to remit the final balance may result in a delay, suspension, or termination of services until payment obligations are satisfied.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
